كيف تطلب الحذف
- أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] من البريد المسجّل في حسابك،
- اكتب في الموضوع: طلب حذف حساب.
- اذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل في الحساب. لا نطلب منك أي بيان آخر، ولن نطلب كلمة مرورك أبداً.
- نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر منك، ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال يوماً ونرسل إليك تأكيداً.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى

| سجلات الطلبات والفواتير المالية | يُحتفظ بها <عدد> سنوات بعد فصلها عن هويتك، لأن الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية توجب ذلك. ثم تُحذف. |
الحذف لا رجعة فيه. إن كان لديك طلب جارٍ فأكمله أو ألغه قبل تقديم الطلب.

Delete your SanadGo account
To request deletion, email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, or call +966 54 448 2893 from the registered phone number, with the subject "Account deletion request" and the phone number on the account. We verify the request is yours, delete within one day, and confirm by email.
Deleted permanently: name, phone number, email, profile photo, saved vehicles and addresses, pickup and drop-off locations, chat messages, voice notes, photos attached to orders, saved card details (brand and last four digits only — we never hold full card numbers), device identifier and push token. Wallet balance and loyalty points are forfeited and cannot be restored.
Retained: order and invoice records, kept for one years and separated from your identity, because accounting and tax law requires it. They are deleted afterwards.
